通过自动化控制系统和自动化装置自动完成2~50m长钢轨件任意长度锯切和轨腰上钻孔、倒棱、冷膨，特别是对轨腰孔壁进行冷膨处理后，不仅能够提高孔径精度，而且可以改变孔周围应力分布，降低轨腰孔裂纹产生的概率。

The automatic sawing of 2~50m long steel rail at arbitrary length ,the drilling, chamfering of the rail waist and cold expansion can be realized through automatic control system and machine.  Especially, after the cold expansion with the hole wall of the waist, it can not only improve the pore diameter accuracy, but also change the stress distribution around the hole and reduce the probability of cracks in the waist hole of the rail.
